Manifest Property Development Inc. was founded in 1995 by Rodney S Currie Sr. He is the Founder, and CEO of Manifest Property Development Inc. Mr. Currie currently wears many hats in the growing stages of the business, Rodney is dedicated to making the company profitable and a success. Rodney has over 25 years of experience in the construction field. Before becoming a business owner this was a side business as well as his full time job as a carpenter. Rodney, always knew he would branch off and become a full time business owner, being a business owner and contractor has been a dream for Rodney since a young child.
Rodney worked his full time job as a carpenter while growing Manifest Property, until Rodney became a fulltime entrepreneur. Now company currently engages in sub-contacting work on commercial projects, general contractor on residential projects and sub-contract with passed employers as well. Rodney knows that his skills alone can’t produce a successfully business, but require more knowledge and training. For this reason, Rodney continues taking courses and trainings at college and the South Side Innovation Center where his company is a current client and leases office space, this has and will continue to aid him in being a better skilled, more knowledgeable and successful entrepreneur.
He also developed both personal and business skills through on the job training while gainfully employed. His talent and years of experience is an added value to the growth of his company. Current projects that can testify to his business ethics and quality of work include a 50+ apartment building and housing development where Section 8 and private dwelling codes were met, commercial and residential project.
Rodney is currently pursuing an Associates Degree in Business Administration and is looking forward to completing his college degree in fall of 2019.
